The revised late day OFF TRACK Worksheet that follows listing 10 Situations for Ruler on Ice and 8 for Stay Thirsty, dramatically illustrates the creative Software programming features, Late Race Day Scratches / Jockey Changes and Surface Changes, vital information that effect outcomes.
