The OMH concept is a unique creative concept and the idea was conceived during August of 2004. The Betting Situations Worksheet is an absolutely ground breaking concept. The lay flay binding serves the purpose of being able to flatten the book out no matter which part of the book you are reading, beginning, middle, or end. This special binding cost more but, at 384 pages and almost two inches thick, the advantages far outweigh the extra cost. Reading and using this guide is far easier than it would otherwise have been.
