"Frank,I hit the 2nd race at Philly for a $297.00 exacta. #2 was 20-1 in ML and opened at 7-2 and had some action in the DD pool. This was an 11 foot pole job. Years ago I wouldn't bet a horse that didin't have at least a 7% J and 7% T. I would have dismissed this Nag immediately. J was 0 for 23 and the trainer was 3 for 82 3.7%.
I keyed the 2 with the 6-10....10 had a little back class. Had Vega up and was coming back in 5 days.
