"Dear Frank, I got your OMH Guide today. From first appearances, it looks very impressive, seems to have a lot of "meat" to it, and appears well edited and constructed. It's obvious that there was a lot of thought put into how the information is presented. I know you must be a very busy person, so there is no need to reply to my emails with much more that a few words, or in some cases at all. The guide looks to be very complete, and I will look for answers in the guide first, should any questions arise on how to use a particular piece of information. I will give you an update on how things are going periodically. My first task will be to skim it over and make a plan on breaking down and assimilating the information. I haven't looked at it in depth yet, and you may have such a plan devised for the reader already in it!

Thanks so much for working with me. And I'm glad you were able to make use of a copy that otherwise might not have been sold. However, right now I think only a fool would pass up the opportunity to learn what you offer here simply because of a minor defect to the copy.
